This warranty applies to vertically installed graphics only and graphics that have been installed by a professional installer using the SpeedGraphics recommended installation instructions. In order to take advantage of a replacement graphic, SpeedGraphics may require a sample of the defective material, digital photograph, or other means by which verification can be made. The remedy to a replacement or credit shall not exceed the original cost of the graphic. The seller or manufacturer shall not be held liable for any damage, expense or consequential damages arising out of use or the inability to use the product.
