Be sure that the decal has been lying flat for at least 24 hours. It should not be curling up, even though it arrived in a shipping tube.Leave a minimum of 30 days cure-time to your newly painted wall surface before applying a decal.Note that some paints are formulated with "dirt-repellant" additives that may affect adhesive bond. If you think you have used this paint, we offer a different vinyl wall material for better adhesion.
Spray the wall with alcohol and wipe dry, even if your walls seem clean.
1. Once the wall is clean and dry, peel and stick the decal.
2. If your decal came with a transfer paper tape, starting at the corner, pull it away toward you, SLOWLY, at a 90-degree angle. If you plan on transferring the decal, roll up the backing paper, and save it.
3. Go over the graphic with a felt wrapped squeegee (clickable) after the transfer tape is removed to eliminate bubbles or imperfections. Start using the squeegee from the middle out to remove air pockets, creases, and bubbles. If you do not have a FELT-WRAPPED squeegee, put a cloth over a plastic squeegee so you don’t scratch the ink on the wall graphic digital print.
You've done it! Now, enjoy the view!
